HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER


As a condition for placing any order, the customer must contact Unas Holding Empresarial and provide the corresponding information required for the acquisition of the products available on this website. The information provided for placing the order must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with Unas Holding Empresarial SL.

From the moment of acceptance, the customer acquires the status of Unas Holding Empresarial Customer.

Orders must be placed following these steps:

  1. SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND ADDING TO THE CART. The user can select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. CART REVIEW AND ORDER FINALIZATION. After selecting the products, the user will review the status of their cart and proceed to finalize the purchase. They will enter the minimum data necessary to place the order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD


The customer commits to pay for the products contracted with Unas Holding Empresarial in the payment methods accepted by Unas Holding Empresarial and for any additional amounts (including taxes and charges for late payments, if applicable). The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, including, where appropriate, all of them the VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory. However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the buyer's country of residence and the capacity in which they act (entrepreneur/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases, the final price of the order may be altered compared to the one displayed on the website.

If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. 2. Payment with Cryptocurrency: META MASK, BINANCE PAY, and Payment with defined Cryptocurrencies.

When selecting this payment method, you will be indicated the amount in Cryptocurrency you must transfer, the exchange rate, and the address to which you must send it, as well as the time available for sending it. If you do not complete the transaction within this period, the transaction will be canceled.

You must be aware that, if you select this payment method, you will be paying its equivalent in euros. We only sell and work in euros, so in case of requesting cancellation/refund, it will be made via transfer in €.

Please note that when making the exchange, we add an additional percentage to balance the consequences of exchange rate volatility.

No other payment method is accepted.

VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

Product pickup

Pickups are made by appointment. If you select this option, you will receive an email with the instructions to follow to pick up the product.

When the order is ready, an email will be sent indicating the schedule and the address where you can pick it up. If you arrive before receiving confirmation, your order may not be ready.

If an order for "Pickup in Barcelona or Illescas" is canceled and has been sent and prepared for pickup, shipping costs will be retained during the refund. Since the service was fulfilled, whether or not it is picked up.

The delivery times for home are as follows:

If the product is not in stock at the time of sale, the estimated delivery time may be longer than 30 days.

If there is any inconvenience in delivering the order, we will contact you through your email address, which we request when registering on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we could contact you by phone, if you have provided one, or directly attempt a second delivery to the provided address. If we have not been able to contact you or deliver the product on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or Unas Holding Empresarial via email and will assume the additional costs that subsequent deliveries may entail.


Damages during transport


If upon receiving the merchandise you notice damage to the packaging or the number of packages is incorrect, please note this on the delivery note you sign for the carrier, and report it as soon as possible. If you see a sealed tape on the box that does not belong to the SEUR company because it will have a mark from the SEUR company on top, you must also report it on the delivery note.

Carriers

Unas Holding Empresarial S.L exclusively works with the shipping agency SEUR.

In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, Unas Holding Empresarial's Customer Service will communicate, either by email or phone call, the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order. Likewise, any variation that may arise from said period will be kept informed.

Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. We reserve the right to withhold the shipment of orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, we will contact you according to the data provided for any incident or doubt that may arise in the processing of your order.


PRODUCT GUARANTEE


All products that you acquire from Unas Holding Empresarial S.L as an individual are covered by a legal guarantee of two years (products purchased before January 1, 2022) or 3 years (products purchased from January 1, 2022) against conformity defects in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, misuse, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included.

In the case of computer items, the guarantee will not cover virus removal, program restoration due to this reason, or disk reinstallation caused by its deletion.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, repair, replacement of the item, discount, or refund will be opted for, in the legally established terms.

From January 1, 2022, all devices susceptible to repairs (such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch) will have a repair period of 10 years, with the manufacturer guaranteeing the supply of replacement parts or products.

COMMON SYSTEM OF THE VALUE ADDED TAX OF THE EUROPEAN UNION


In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax and European Directive 2008/8/CE, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the buyer's place of residence and the capacity in which they act (entrepreneur/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases, the final price of the order may be altered compared to the one displayed on the website.

The price of the products marketed by Unas Holding Empresarial S.L includes the Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applied to the order. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, the Spanish VAT will be deducted, and the corresponding IGIC rate will be applied. For orders destined for other EU countries, the Spanish VAT will be deducted, and the corresponding VAT rate of the destination country will be applied. The final price will appear during the confirmation of your order and will reflect the corresponding VAT/IGIC rate to the place of destination of the products.

The prices of the Services can change at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of Unas Holding Empresarial S.L. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in case of price reductions or promotional offers.


RETURN POLICY


Only cancellations and/or returns will be accepted under the following terms:

A) Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order and request a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or send us an email to info(AT)unas-holding.org providing your details and order number.

For custom-made products requested by the consumer, the customer has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours from the order confirmation date. Customers can cancel an order by contacting Unas Holding Empresarial at: https://shop.unas-holding.org/contact-us. Moreover, Unas Holding Empresarial may cancel any order and will notify you once it has been cancelled. No charge will be made for any cancelled order according to this clause. Any payment made before Unas Holding Empresarial cancels an order will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.


B) Returns

Customers have a period of 14 natural days to return the product and receive a full refund. Returns of products whose characteristics have been custom-made upon request of the Consumer will not be accepted.

Our preparation and packaging processes are very strict, and we guarantee they are sent without defects. Please carefully check that the seals closing your package have not been modified or damaged.

Returns of unpacked and/or manipulated products will not be accepted, and they must retain the original packaging.

You must indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note. If the product arrives damaged, Unas Holding Empresarial S.L will bear the shipping costs incurred for the return, provided the products are in their original packaging and have not been fully or partially consumed.

To manage the claim, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and send us an email to info(AT)unas-holding.org, indicating your name, order number, and explaining in detail what happened.

Unas Holding Empresarial offers free returns; for this, we schedule a collection to the delivery address or offer to deposit the return at a collection point for a period of 5 days from the return confirmation date. If you have not sent your order within this period or have not responded in writing to our messages within 7 days, we will proceed to cancel the return.

If you are within the return period and meet the aforementioned requirements, you can return the product at your own expense to the following address:

If you return the product at your own expense, we recommend insuring the shipment in case of loss or material damage by the transport agency. Unas Holding Empresarial undertakes to refund the return money as soon as it is received at the logistics facilities and after the appropriate evaluation has been carried out. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly specified; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

If you paid for the order with cryptocurrency, the refund will be made in the purchase amount in local currency (fiat €). In case of return, you will receive an email with the instructions for your refund.

In case your return is lost either by transport or by the logistics service, we can only send another unit of the same model if we have more units available.

If we do not have more units available, we will proceed with the refund or send another model according to convenience. If the offered model is superior, you will be informed of the additional cost, which you must pay, if you do not accept, the product price will be refunded. If the offered model is inferior, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the offered device will be refunded.

In case of loss, we cannot carry out any procedures until we have received explicit confirmation from the transport agency that your shipment has indeed been lost.

If you return a product that does not correspond to the one delivered to you, your return will be denied, you will have to collect the product on your own, and you will not be able to opt for a refund of the purchase amount. Additionally, you must pay the indicated amount corresponding to the shipping and handling costs, all within a maximum period of 5 working days.

If you do not wish to pay this amount, we will proceed to destroy the return. If you do not respond to the collection created by us with a label, or request any other information within 7 days from when it was requested, the return request will be cancelled.

We remind you that products that have been unsealed/opened such as headphones, cases, and cables, and products in general that do not have cataloged serial numbers, as well as consumables, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


C) Withdrawal

In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal CANNOT BE EXERCISED (except for error or defect in the contracted product or service) in the following cases provided by article 45 of the Commerce Law:

I) Supply contracts for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

II) Supply contracts for sound or video recordings, discs, and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, susceptible to immediate downloading or reproduction for permanent use.

III) And in general, all those products ordered remotely that are made to measure: clothing, photo development, etc., or that are susceptible to copying (books, music, video games, etc.).

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 natural days without indicating the reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided in articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with BOE-A-2014-3329. To exercise this right, a form is provided where the necessary data for its management can be completed.


How to return products in the accepted cases:

To return a product in the cases provided and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:

A) Returns with postage due will not be accepted.

B) You must have notified Unas Holding Empresarial of the desire to withdraw and obtained the corresponding authorization before making the shipment.

C) You must download and complete the withdrawal form that appears below and send it along with the package.

D) You must place the product(s) in a properly packaged package. The shipping address is:

You must take the package (with the attached withdrawal form) to a Post Office or a courier company and request the shipping receipt. You must keep the receipt until you receive the requested refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to keep all the receipts and send the package by certified mail or by any other means that allows proving its shipping date.

In case of repeated returns or claims due to poor condition or defective product by the same customer, Unas Holding Empresarial SL reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.

Except for the free return service offered by Unas Holding Empresarial SL, the return costs of the returns made outside the free return process offered by Unas Holding Empresarial SL will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 (fourteen) natural days following the date on which we receive the returned product(s) at the specified address.

Unas Holding Empresarial will proceed to refund in the form of payment that the customer used when placing the order, and said refund will be subject to Unas Holding Empresarial's right to retain amounts for returned products that have damages. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) minus the shipping costs (if applicable).


Miscellaneous


The transit time indicated on the website is working days. We respond within a maximum of 24 working hours to any questions or claims. We reserve the right to block your account indefinitely and cancel orders that are in progress. We expressly warn that we do not offer tax-free.
